Role Overview

WHO YOU ARE :

At Mimi, servers are at the heart of the guest experience. You create memorable evenings by weaving together warm hospitality, an engaging knowledge of food and wine, and polished, attentive service. As a server, you represent the spirit of Mimi — guiding guests through our menu, introducing them to our wine program, and ensuring every detail feels intentional and cared for. You are both a trusted host and a leader on the floor, balancing efficiency with grace to deliver an experience that is as thoughtful as it is unforgettable.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and intuitive service
• Guide guests through menus, making thoughtful recommendations
• Coordinate with kitchen on timing and coursing
• Maintain tables: clean, reset, and presentable

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail; strong sense for hospitality — anticipating guest needs, quality presentation.
• Comfortable with service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills; calm under pressure.
• A passion for food, beverage and service
• A strong sense of urgency
• Strong organization skills

What we need from you:

• 2-3 years experience in FOH in an restaurant, wine bar, brasserie, or similar.
• Availability for lunch shifts
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
