Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied from their first sip to their last bite. Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance the dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy
• Upsell menu items including premium wines, spirits, or specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or fine dining establishments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport and handle diverse situations professionally
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in hospitality environments such as nightclubs or casual dining is advantageous

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
