Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service and food handling in accordance with sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and dining spaces; bus tables promptly and assist with guest needs to promote a welcoming environment
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food safety regulations to educate guests and elevate their experience
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive atmosphere at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle diverse guest needs
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing bills efficiently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
