Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with proper cash handling procedures
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless guest experience

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine, spirits, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards is essential for maintaining high-quality service standards

Pay: $23.39 - $28.17 per hour
