Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding food and beverage service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items to provide informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for guest services and enhancing the overall dining experience is essential.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
