Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightlife exposure
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Prior experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus but not required
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or boxes, and perform cleaning duties as needed
• A friendly attitude combined with a team-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
