We are seeking a skilled Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system efficiently and handle payments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS system.
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
