Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings
• Take accurate orders ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting; understanding of food industry standards is essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
