Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly valued. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments through POS or cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations including bussing and sanitation duties
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, ensuring food safety standards are met
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any concerns promptly
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Toast POS system
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed
