Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable beverage and food recommendations, and efficient handling of transactions. Your enthusiasm for food, drinks, and guest relations will help create memorable dining moments for every guest. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST, OpenTable or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
