Server

JDs Stage Bistro is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team.

JDs is an upscale-casual restaurant and live entertainment venue focused on creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful hospitality, great food and beverage, and attentive service. We are looking for servers who take pride in their work, enjoy connecting with guests, and understand that great service goes beyond simply taking an order.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus and make thoughtful recommendations
• Utilize suggestive selling and upselling techniques in a natural, hospitality-focused way
• Maintain strong menu, beverage, and allergy knowledge
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout service
• Accurately enter and communicate orders
• Follow proper table and seat numbering
• Work closely with bartenders, server assistants, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional section
• Follow all opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Maintain professionalism and awareness while working around live performances
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Confidence making food and beverage recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed and attentive
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time]

Pay: [5.49 per hour] + tips

Expected Hours: [15-35 hours/week]
