Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional member experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Duties

• Greet members warmly upon arrival and provide prompt seating assistance when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance member experience and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or private club settings preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; understanding of sanitation standards is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
