We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team
• Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments with precision using POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and promote guest relations for repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated culinary experience along with spirits knowledge and cocktail experience to craft quality drinks confidently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
• Basic math skills for bill calculations, change handling, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence

Pay: $6.18 - $8.00 per hour
