Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide efficient service to all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
