We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service
• Upsell menu items, wine selections, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements for maximum guest satisfaction
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest comfort

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service, including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink presentation
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing bills seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
