Server

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using the Aloha POS system
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
• Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change and processing credit card transactions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge of bussing techniques to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Familiarity with kitchen operations to assist with order coordination
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the food industry, including food safety regulations and menu items
• Sales-oriented mindset to upsell menu items and increase revenue
