Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team at Henry's Place. As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests promptly and with a friendly attitude. - Present menus, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations when requested. - Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt service. - Monitor food quality and presentation before serving. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Assist in setting and resetting tables, as well as managing dishware. - Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. - Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol [if applicable]. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
