Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards, including cocktail preparation and drink presentation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through POS systems, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and following food safety protocols
• Engage with guests to foster guest relations, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction

Experience

• Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
