Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wine pairings and cocktail recipes, to assist guests with recommendations
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining environment

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle sales transactions confidently
• Experience in food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry
