What they need
We are seeking dedicated Full Time BILINGUAL Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
responsibilities
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver orders promptly and accurately
Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
Handle payments on POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Familiarity with POS systems like toast
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Experience with guest relations and providing exceptional guest services is desirable
