We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability for all financial exchanges
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
• Engage with guests to promote a positive atmosphere, address concerns professionally, and ensure their overall satisfaction
• Follow all food safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene regulations in the food industry

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with serving techniques is a plus
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
• Food industry or restaurant experience is highly valued; kitchen experience can be an asset but not required

Pay: $16.60-$22.00 per hour
