Duties

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm
• Take accurate orders using POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices to uphold health standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations

Pay: $4.00 - $5.00 per hour
