We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols
• Engage with guests to promote menu items like wines or specialty cocktails, encouraging sales through friendly suggestions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink pairing techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash safely
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential
