MashCraft Brewing in Fishers is seeking a personable and professional Server to join our great restaurant/brewery team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of food and beer offerings. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality, food industry knowledge, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

There is also opportunity to work with our promotional team on outside events throughout the year.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Working well with our TOAST POS systems
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, stations, and dining spaces

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• You must have a valid liquor license to be able to serve customers.

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
