Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health regulations and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly
• Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential
