Football season is here, and we're building our team for our busiest time of the year. Anchor Bar Round Rock is hiring experienced servers who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and take pride in delivering great service. We're especially interested in experienced servers who have also bartended.

Your resume must show recent experience as a Server to be considered.

On average, servers here have earned over $25 per hour including tips so far in 2026, with top performers earning over $35 per hour.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recent, high-volume serving experience, clearly shown on your resume. You should be comfortable managing 5–10 tables at a time, depending on experience and ability. We don't have bussers or food runners, but we work as a team, running food and drinks for each other to keep service moving. With less support staff to tip out, you keep more of what you earn.
• Saturday and Sunday availability is required
• Availability for at least two weekday lunch shifts
• Bartending experience is a plus
• Up-to-date resume showing recent serving experience
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Reliability — showing up on time and ready to give your best
• Commitment to great guest experiences — we've built a loyal base and want them to keep coming back

Requirements:

• Texas Food Handler & TABC certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies and hot/cold environments
