Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper beverage service techniques for cocktails, spirits, and wine knowledge
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing duties
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or nightlife venues preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records
