Server

BOTA Supper Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Server to provide attentive service and support daily restaurant operations. This role involves welcoming guests, explaining menu items, taking orders, serving food and beverages, responding to guest requests, and maintaining clean and organized dining areas. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, works well with a team, and can provide efficient service in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and menu options.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate special requests and order details clearly to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Check on guests during meals and respond to service requests.
• Process payments and handle customer bills according to restaurant procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables between guests.
• Restock menus, napkins, utensils, and other service supplies.
• Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers.
• Address routine guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage-service procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Friendly and professional approach to guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to learn menu items and POS procedures.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
• Willingness to follow restaurant policies and service standards.
• Ability to remain organized while assisting multiple tables.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
