Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of offerings, including wine and spirits.
• Take accurate orders using POS DINER
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Process sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy.
• Upsell menu items like premium drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen hygiene.
• Foster guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with cash handling, processing sales transactions accurately, and managing guest payments.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is required to ensure guest safety.

Pay: $15.92 - $28.21 per hour
