We are hiring dynamic Servers who excel at delivering high-end customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced dining room. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who know how to provide thorough, polished care without slowing down floor momentum.

The Opportunity: You will drive the dining room experience by managing an active station with poise and precision. Service here centers on crisp timing, warm guest engagement, and proactive menu guidance that enhances the guest experience while optimizing table turnover.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant known for quality customer care.
• Polished Efficiency: Exceptional time management; able to manage station rhythm, guest requests, and table resets rapidly without making service feel rushed.
• Thoughtful Sales: Skilled at recommending featured dishes, specialty cocktails, and menu upgrades in a genuine, hospitable manner.
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive Culture: Attentive to guest preferences, dietary needs, and order accuracy at all times. You naturally take initiative to ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through the menu with warm, knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their preferences.
• Maintain station flow to ensure prompt order placement, timely course delivery, and seamless table resets.
• Support Staff Collaboration: Direct and communicate effectively with the rest of the FOH team to maintain a unified station rhythm and flawless service handoffs.
• Management Escalation: Practice proactive guest recovery by identifying subtle guest cues and immediately informing management of any concerns or special requests before the guest steps off the floor.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
