Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
