What they need
We are seeking a highly experienced server with a strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, wine, and handroll service for our intimate 10-seat Sushi Bar.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Noon – 8:00 PM
Compensation
- $18–20/hour + gratuities
Requirements
- Experience with Japanese cuisine is required.
- Strong knowledge of sake and wine.
- Professional, attentive service with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an intimate, chef-driven dining environment.
