Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Squirrel , ensuring timely delivery
• Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ensure all food industry safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation and cleanliness
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with Clover and Squirrel, for efficient order processing and cashiering
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change handling, and order calculations
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus for team versatility
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques

Evening and weekends plus long week and holiday availability Candidates must maintain flexibility in their scheduling, with the requirement to be available to work evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and holidays. You can expect 3-4 shifts per week
