Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Server to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about guest service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Accurately enter orders and special requests into the Katalyst POS system.
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Recommend featured dishes, specialty cocktails, and premium beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining areas.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Build positive guest relationships by providing attentive service and resolving concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• TIPS certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• Experience with POS systems preferred; Katalyst POS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
