We're looking for an energetic and personable Server to join our hospitality team in Glasgow.

You'll be at the centre of the guest experience, from welcoming a table and recommending menu favourites to making sure food arrives on time and every guest feels looked after.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the pace of hospitality, takes pride in the little details and knows that good service can turn an ordinary meal into a memorable one.

Your Role

As a Server, you'll be responsible for making sure guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests and helping them settle into their tables
• Presenting menus and explaining dishes, specials and drinks
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Checking on guests throughout their visit
• Responding to requests and handling concerns politely
• Preparing tables and keeping dining areas clean and presentable
• Working closely with kitchen and bar colleagues to keep service running smoothly
• Processing bills and payments where required

Training & Development

You'll receive practical training in menu knowledge, order taking, food and beverage service, guest care and hospitality standards.

You'll learn how to manage several tables, communicate effectively with the kitchen and handle guest requests confidently.

With experience, there may be opportunities to develop towards Senior Server, Shift Supervisor or Front of House Management positions.
