Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure accurate food handling and adherence to food safety standards throughout service.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling transactions efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing to a positive team environment.
