An established upscale Italian restaurant in Houston is seeking enthusiastic, personable, and motivated individuals to join our dining room service team.

We believe exceptional hospitality begins with the right attitude, a genuine desire to care for others, and a commitment to learning. Previous restaurant experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to develop their skills.

Our goal is to build a dedicated team of hospitality professionals through comprehensive training, continued education, and opportunities for career advancement.

Training & Professional Development

No previous serving experience is necessary.

All new team members will participate in a training covering menu knowledge, wine education, guest relations, dining room etiquette, and our general standards of service.

Team members will gradually assume additional responsibilities, including independently managing their own tables, as they demonstrate proficiency, confidence, and readiness.

We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, and are interested in developing a long-term career in hospitality.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

We are developing a team-oriented compensation model that emphasizes competitive hourly wages, professional development, and shared gratuities.

Our goal is to offer opportunities for hourly wage growth based on training, performance, and increased responsibilities, in addition to an eligible share of gratuities.

Compensation, training expectations, and advancement opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $22.79 - $27.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
