Summary

The Line Server is the face of Quabena’s Kitchen. You are responsible for serving food, engaging with customers, and bringing the “Sunday in Ghana” experience to life. This role is not just about serving food—it’s about storytelling, energy, and helping customers confidently choose and enjoy Ghanaian cuisine.

Responsibilities

Serve food quickly, accurately, and with consistency

Engage with customers and explain menu items clearly

Help first-time customers decide what to order

Maintain portion control and presentation standards

Keep the serving line clean, stocked, and organized

Communicate with kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth flow

Create a welcoming, energetic, and culturally rich atmosphere

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills

Friendly, energetic, and engaging personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods

Willingness to learn menu items and cultural context

Schedule Expectations

Availability for select weekday shifts as needed

Ability to perform during high-volume service periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
