Event Server & Front Desk Lead

DINX Social Club is seeking an energetic, friendly, and service-driven Event Server/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the North Shore’s premier indoor pickleball, golf, and upscale event venue!

We pay the HIGHEST in the area with hourly rate + tips for events which can bring you to as high as $60/hr!!)

This exciting hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering a five-star guest experience.

From intimate birthday celebrations to large-scale private parties and exclusive full-facility buyouts, DINX hosts a wide variety of events. Our team plays a key role in making every experience exceptional!

In addition to working private events, this position includes daily food and beverage service, front desk responsibilities, and member concierge duties.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Private Parties & Events — Primary Responsibility

● Work a wide variety of private events, including birthday parties, corporate outings, holiday celebrations, mitzvahs, and exclusive full-facility buyouts.

● Provide exceptional, five-star hospitality as an event server, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and taken care of.

● Assist with all aspects of event setup & breakdown including arranging tables, chairs, event spaces, food and beverage stations and other event necessities.

● Actively serve guests throughout events, anticipating their needs and delivering attentive, professional service.

● Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and resetting the venue after each event including vacuuming, and mopping the floors as needed.

● Ensure the entire facility is clean, organized, and returned to its original condition following every event.

● Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution and memorable guest experiences.

Food & Beverage Service

● Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service to members and guests throughout the club.

● Serve food, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and efficiently.

● Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations.

● Keep service areas, lounges, and dining spaces clean and organized.

● Deliver the elevated level of hospitality that sets DINX apart.

Front Desk & Member Experience

● Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.

● Learn members’ names and preferences to create a personalized, welcoming atmosphere.

● Manage member check-ins and assist with reservations for pickleball courts, golf simulators, and private lounges.

● Answer incoming calls and provide information about club amenities, events, and programming.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.

● Assist members and guests with special requests.

Facility & Operational Support

● Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the entire facility.

● Escort guests to designated areas and provide brief orientations when needed.

● Ensure equipment and guest areas are properly prepared and maintained.

● Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.

● Follow all sanitation, safety, and hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

● High school diploma required.

● Two years of hospitality, restaurant, event, club, or resort experience preferred.

● A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

● Comfortable using POS systems, reservation platforms, and phone systems.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and private events.

● A team player who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
