Server - Cocktail Lounge

Mitchell’s Cocktail Company is looking for a friendly, dependable Server who enjoys people and takes pride in providing great service.

We’re a family-owned destination cocktail lounge in New Richmond focused on creating a relaxed, welcoming experience. Our guests come to Mitchell’s to enjoy quality cocktails, food, conversation, and great service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take and serve drink and food orders
• Check in with guests throughout their visit
• Keep tables and guest areas clean and inviting
• Assist with washing dishes and maintaining a clean work area
• Work closely with our bartenders and our small team
• Learn our cocktail, non-alcoholic, and food menus

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable talking with guests
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to stay organized during busy evenings
• Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 10.0 per week
