Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order preparation
• Assist with food handling and sanitation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role is preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
