Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with clear communication and enthusiasm
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes are served promptly and meet quality standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing with accuracy
• Assist in food handling, preparation, and plating when needed to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing dining areas, utensils, and service stations

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; experience in serving or expo roles is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cashiering
• Kitchen or culinary experience including meal preparation or cooking skills is advantageous
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.95-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
