We are looking for a professional and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You should have a deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs with grace and precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make informed recommendations on food and wine pairings.
• Coordinate service with bussers, runners, and captains to maintain timing and quality standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Follow fine dining service steps and restaurant protocols consistently.
• Assist with pre-shift setup, side work, and closing duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Strong food and wine knowledge (Italian cuisine experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
