Server, Food Runner, Host

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server/Food Runner/Packer to join our team at an Indian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a good understanding of Indian cuisine, and the ability to provide attentive and efficient service to ensure a great dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about Indian dishes and spice levels
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in with guests throughout their meal
• Handle payments, operate POS systems, and provide receipts
• Keep tables clean and organized, resetting them promptly after guests leave
• Work with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times
• Pack the food
• Run the food

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about Indian food, ingredients, and dining customs
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in restaurant service is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
