Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience required
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques
• Must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
