Server - Front House

Monkey Lounge – Randolph, MA

Monkey Lounge is looking for friendly, energetic, dependable Servers to join our Front-of-House team.

We are a busy restaurant and lounge serving Vietnamese and Asian-inspired cuisine, cocktails, desserts, and late-night entertainment. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and management team
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Make appropriate food, drink, and dessert recommendations
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify a manager when assistance is needed
• Work together with other servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Follow all restaurant policies, food-safety procedures, and alcohol-service requirements
