What You'll Expect As a Server, you’ll create a great guest experience by taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests’ needs are exceeded. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while delivering

exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly
• Verify guest IDs for alcohol service per NH state regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations throughout the shift
• Upsell menu items and premium beverage options
• Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation
• Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, refill drinks, and reset tables
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and alcohol awareness procedures
• Report guest concerns or issues promptly to the Manager on Duty

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Memory skills to recall orders and menu details under pressure

What We Require

• Must be 18+ years old and meet legal/company alcohol service standards
• Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with potential exposure to chemicals and temperature extremes
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
• Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
