Qualification | Requirements

• Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment

• A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required, great English skills are a must.

• Bartending, cocktails and liquor knowledge is an asset.

• The ideal candidate will also have food and wine knowledge inclusive of WSET or equivalent training

• A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: nights, Wednesday to Sunday.

• Valid Pro serve needed

• Must be at least 18 years or older
