About the role

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every guest is greeted warmly, attended to promptly, and served professionally throughout their dining experience
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate product knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and consistently follow the company's service standards and hospitality protocols
• Support efficient restaurant operations by ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly after guests leave
• Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth guest flow and maximize seating capacity, particularly during peak hours
• Actively promote menu items, beverages, desserts, and current promotional offerings to guests
• Utilize product knowledge to make personalized recommendations that enhance the dining experience while contributing to sales growth
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally, courteously, and with urgency
• Take ownership of resolving minor issues whenever possible and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager
• Ensure all guest orders are taken, entered into the POS system, and served accurately according to guest requests and company standards
• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company grooming and uniform standards
