Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service flow
• Support food delivery by carrying trays and helping with food presentation while practicing safe manual handling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of tables and utensils
• Help with food preparation tasks in the kitchen as directed, supporting overall food safety and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service activities and address guest needs efficiently
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment around the restaurant environment
• Support catering events or special functions by setting up tables, serving guests, and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, table setting, and basic food safety procedures
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact politely with guests
• Experience in hospitality or catering environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties as needed

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
